Aidan O'Brien's star juvenile Caravaggio faces a race to be fit for the Middle Park Stakes after pulling a muscle.

The Coventry Stakes and Phoenix Stakes winner could be replaced by stablemate Intelligence Cross in the Newmarket Group 1 on September 24 after his success at the Curragh on Sunday.

Paddy Power on Sunday eased Caravaggio from 4-7 out to 5-2 for the Middle Park and he is now second favourite behind Godolphin's impressive Gimcrack Stakes winner, Blue Point, who is 2-1 (from 5).
