Candy can see merit in being drawn wide for Tepin clash

Henry Candy is "very excited" about next week's trip to Santa Anita with Breeders' Cup Mile fancy Limato and he is defying conventional wisdom by hoping for a wide draw.
He explained: "I don't know if it's madness, but I would sooner be a little bit wide and then take it easy to slot in. If you are drawn on the rail you will need a lot of luck if you take back as you are probably going to be last."
Limato, who will be Candy's first runner in the United States after 43 years with a licence, is co-favourite in one list with last year's winner Tepin, but as big as 3-1 in places.
