Britannia Stakes winner Defrocked will continue his racing career in Hong Kong after joint-owner Michael Buckley confirmed his sale on Tuesday.

A son of Lope De Vega, Defrocked won three of his five starts for Osborne, culminating in a short-head success at Royal Ascot from Abe Lincoln.

Buckley told At The Races: "He's actually been sold to Hong Kong. What I didn't know, not having had a runner in it before, is that the Britannia is a bit of a famous hunting ground."
