The Evening Punt: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip on Tuesday

EYECATCHER
Al Suil Eile(7.00 Southwell)
Two-time winner who has run on the Fibresand here on his last five starts, winning once and finishing in the frame on two other occasions. His victory in 0-60 company three starts back looks reasonable form for the grade, but he has struggled in two starts since off his inflated marks of 73 and 72. He had excuses last time, though, given he travelled into the race powerfully before being carried across the track and being hampered for virtually the entire straight. The first two that day were well handicapped and although he would have been a distant third, it would have been a pretty reasonable performance. He's back up to 7f tonight but should be able to go close in a race where most of his rivals look exposed.
