Matteo Berrettini is playing so well this week that the Italian is a warm favourite to see off top youngster Felix Auger-Aliassime in the Mercedes Cup final in Stuttgart.

Berrettini is a 1-2 shot to defeat the brilliant Canadian, who walked over into the final when his compatriot Milos Raonic failed to take to the court.

Auger-Aliassime is a 7-4 chance with Betway and he’s 4-7 with that firm and Sky Bet to win at least a set.

There’s a thrilling final in store in the Libema Open women’s singles with top seed Kiki Bertens taking on last week’s ITF Surbiton champion Alison Riske in Den Bosch.

Bertens has not dropped a set on the way to the title match in her homeland, while Riske was taken all the way in a 6-4 3-6 7-6 semi-final victory over Veronika Kudermetova.

Riske loves playing on grass, but the slight American will do well to stop Bertens, who should power her way to the trophy.

Bertens was allowed to go off at 11-2 for victory in Rosmalen when the outright markets settled down, but she’s 1-3 with Hills to see off Riske.

Second seed Donna Vekic was the first player through to the Nottingham Open final.
