Ronnie O'Sullivan responds with a 147 maximum break
Thepchaiya Un-Nooh could provide a decent test for Bingham
Eurosport 1, 12.45pm Thursday
Ronnie O'Sullivan answered his Crawley critics with a superb 147 maximum break a day after slamming the town's K2 venue, the scene of this week's English Open, as not being up to staging a major snooker tournament.
O'Sullivan was a shade of odds-against to defeat Allan Taylor 4-0 and he achieved that with the best possible frame to conclude the match.
The Rocket's maximum came a day after a similar break from Thepchaiya Un-Nooh, and the Thai wizard could be playing well enough to keep tabs on Stuart Bingham in round three.
It's 4-6 that six or more frames are contested and that may be worth taking.
Shorter best-of-seven-frames matches are more of a lottery for punters, but bet365 are giving their customers better percentages this week.
Recommendation
S Bingham v T Un-Nooh over 5.5 frames
