Matches start at 9.30am, 2.30pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday

The International Championship qualifiers begin at the Barnsley Metrodome on Tuesday and Ian Burns looks a good-value 5-2 shot when he takes on Peter Ebdon.

Burns has had a fairly quiet campaign, but he is perhaps playing better than his recent tournament performances suggest.

The Preston potter was unlucky not to take more than two frames off Mark King, who went on the make the semi-finals of last week's European Masters. Prior to that, Burns took Jack Lisowski to a decider in the first round of the China Championship.

Ebdon can still put in decent performances but Burns has a steady game and the experience to avoid being fazed by the Force.

Barry Hawkins kicks off his qualifying attempt against Sanderson Lam, while Neil Robertson starts with a clash against Ross Muir.

Recommendation
I Burns
1pt 5-2 Betway
