Baird a decent price to follow up battling win over Wenbo

The second round of the Betway UK Championship continues in York on Sunday and Sam Baird could cause Gary Wilson more problems than the market anticipates.

Baird pulled off a fantastic comeback to defeat Liang Wenbo 6-5 in the first round and although he hasn't had much to shout about in terms of deep tournament runs, the Blade has beaten Shaun Murphy twice in recent events, suggesting his game is in good shape.

Baird, like Wilson, is a high-quality break-builder and the likely open nature of the contest should suit the Devon potter who looks over-priced.
