Match preview

England and France have steamrolled their way to the final weekend of a condensed Women's Six Nations this year with two big wins out of two, but England are strongly favoured as they bid for another clean sweep.

Grand Slam champions in the last two years, England have shipped just one try in their two group matches, beating Scotland 52-10 and Italy 67-3.

France were no less impressive, seeing off Wales 53-0 and Ireland 56-15, but these two nations have long been ahead of the field in the women's game and England have held the upper hand in recent years.

The Red Roses were comfortable 41-26 winners when the teams met in Doncaster two years ago and picked up a strong 19-13 win in Pau last year.

England captain Sarah Hunter starts on the bench having returned from a long injury layoff against Italy but the tournament's top pointscorer Emily Scarratt can lead the hosts to a comfortable win.

Ireland are eight-point favourites in the third-place playoff against Italy (midday), while Scotland give up the same mark to Wales (5pm).
