England are safely through to the quarter-finals of the Women's World Cup in New Zealand and are overwhelming favourites to make it three wins out of three in their final pool game against South Africa.

Coach Simon Middleton has made 13 changes to the team who beat France 13-7 last weekend - captain Sarah Hunter is rested and the experienced Emily Scarratt is on the bench.

Nonetheless, the Red Roses, who opened with an 84-19 demolition of Fiji, are asked to give up handicaps upwards of 60 points.

Like England, Canada are already through to the knockout stage and are 12-point favourites against the USA (3.15am) and they could be joined by Italy, who were impressive in an opening win over the USA and competed hard in a 22-12 defeat to the Canadians last week.

Italy round off their campaign against winless Japan and look good to cover a 16-point line.
