Wales needed a penalty goal with the clock in the red to edge victory over Scotland in their opener, and they face a huge test against hosts New Zealand.

These teams met at the last World Cup in 2017, when New Zealand ran out easy 44-12 winners, and the handicap is hiked up to the high-40s for this clash in Auckland.

The Black Ferns make 12 changes to the side that beat Australia last weekend but look good for a big win against a Wales team who suffered a 31-3 defeat to Canada and 73-7 loss to England in their warm-up games.

Italy opened their campaign with a surprise win over the USA in Pool B. However, they now take on pool favourites Canada and look to be in for a much tougher ride.
