Harlequins v Montpellier
Where to watch
BT Sport 2 & Channel 4, 12.30pm Saturday
First-leg score Montpellier 40 Harlequins 26
Best bet
Harlequins to win by one to 12 points
1pt 7-4 bet365
Match preview
Harlequins go into this second leg needing to overcome a 14-point deficit but it could have been much worse as the Premiership champions were trailing 34-0 at one stage in the first leg in Montpellier.
Conceding a lot but scoring just a bit more was a trait of Quins' passage to the title last season and we could see more of the same as they go on the attack but leave themselves open.
These teams met three times in the Challenge Cup in 2015-16 including in the final, and the matches produced tallies of 59, 51 and 45 points.
Quins could prove too good at home while Montpellier are likely to do enough to ensure they progress and a narrow home win looks the best bet.
Munster v Exeter
Where to watch
BT Sport 2, 3pm Saturday
First-leg score Exeter 13 Munster 8
Best bet
Munster -4
2pts 10-11 Coral, Ladbrokes
Match preview
Munster welcome back some key players for their second-leg showdown with Exeter and can claim the win they need to reach the quarter-finals.
Captain Peter O’Mahony, Joey Carbery, John Ryan and Simon Zebo all return for the hosts while Exeter are without leading tryscorer Sam Simmonds.
These teams have met three times in Europe and all three have been low-scoring grinds, but a stronger Munster side look worth backing to cover a modest handicap.
Leicester v Clermont
Where to watch
BT Sport 2, 5.30pm Saturday
First-leg score Clermont 10 Leicester 29
Best bet
Clermont +19
2pts 10-11 BoyleSports, Hills
Match preview
Clermont have a mountain to climb if they are to get back into this round-of-16 tie after a heavy defeat in the home leg.
But they have named a strong team and far from being flaky French travellers they have won at Premiership sides Wasps, Bristol, Harlequins and Bath in the last three seasons as well as suffering defeats by three and five points in Ulster.
Leicester may feel as though the job is done and although it's hard to see them slipping up, a handicap in the high teens is worth taking.
Ulster v Toulouse
Where to watch
BT Sport 2, 8pm Saturday
First-leg score Toulouse 20 Ulster 26
Best bet
Toulouse
2pts 8-11 general
Match preview
As impressive as Ulster looked in their first-leg win at reigning champions Toulouse last week they were up against 14 men for 70 minutes and know they will face a stern test on home soil.
Toulouse lost at Wasps in the pool stage this season but had won their last five away matches before that, including a 29-22 success at Ulster in last season's pool stage.
