Sharks v Chiefs
Sky Sports Arena red button, 2.05pm Saturday

The Sharks' only defeat in Durban in this Super Rugby campaign was a heavy 40-10 reverse to the Bulls and they are eight-point favourites for the visit of the Chiefs.

The Kiwi outfit, who edged the Stormers 15-9 in Cape Town last week, are without fly-half Damian McKenzie plus All Blacks Brodie Retallick and Anton Lienert-Brown.

There is a lot at stake as the race for quarter-final places is heating up and it could be close-fought, but the home side look the value against their depleted opponents.

Recommendation
Sharks to win by one to 12 points

Lions v Brumbies
Sky Sports Arena red button, 4.15pm Saturday

The Lions return to Johannesburg after a run of three successive defeats on the road and will be happy to take on a Brumbies side with just three wins to their name all season and on a losing run of four, the last three at home.

The Canberra outfit topped the Australia Conference last season but they're bottom of the pile this year. It hasn't happened for them this year, though, and this is a bad time to be running out at Ellis Park.

The Lions charged all the way to a home final in 2017 but have faced a tougher schedule this year and this is the kind of winnable game they know they have to target.

Recommendation
Lions to win by 11 to 20 points
1pt 11-4 Coral, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power

Jaguares v Bulls
Sky Sports Action, 10.40pm Saturday

Los Jaguares are sure to receive a storming reception on their return to Buenos Aires after their storming success on the road.

The Argentinian side made it a clean sweep with a remarkable four victories out of four over the Rebels, Brumbies, Blues and Chiefs, including their first victories on New Zealand soil.

There's an emphasis on forward power in both camps but the absence of injured Springbok lock Lood de Jager from the Bulls line-up plus the the return of skipper Agustin Creevy to the Jaguares front row could tip a tight game the way of the hosts.

Recommendation
Jaguares to win by one to 12 points
1pt 21-10 Coral, Ladbrokes
