WORCESTER and Gloucester kicked off their Aviva Premiership campaigns with defeats at the weekend but the manner of those reverses could not have been more different.

While Worcester were barely given a sniff at Twickenham by an utterly dominant Saracens side, Gloucester were 31-7 up at home to Leicester before capitulating 38-31 after a record-breaking fightback.
