Exeter Chiefs came out on the right side of a huge battle with Montpellier last weekend and the champions will look to carry that form into their clash with Sale.

The Sharks have been inconsistent this season, failing to win in their last three, but their home form has been solid with two wins and one draw from their four home games in all competitions.

Both teams have been involved in high-scoring encounters throughout the season and more of the same can be expected with Exeter likely to come out on top, narrowly, in the end.

Glasgow Warriors, the only Pro14 team with a 100 per cent record, will hope to bounce back from two disappointing results in the Champions Cup with a comprehensive win over the Southern Kings.

The Warriors have been in scintillating form at home in the Pro14, averaging 35 points per game thanks to big wins over Ospreys and Munster. The Kings, in contrast, have struggled massively to cope with the standard.

A straightforward win is expected for the Warriors as they bid to continue their unbeaten run.

Connacht will be buoyed by last week's Challenge Cup win over Worcester but Munster bring a whole new challenge to the Sportsground.

Munster have come through two tough European encounters with six points and the difference their Lions contingent have made since returning from the summer break is a significant factor.

Conor Murray broke the deadlock just after the hour-mark last weekend against a Racing 92 side in top form, and the 4-1 for the Lions scrum-half to touch down is worth a bet.

Ospreys almost caused a huge upset away to Premiership powerhouses Saracens last week and, while they should be confident against the Dragons, it’s unlikely to be a classic encounter.

Both teams have had their struggles with Ospreys averaging just 1.5 tries per game in the Pro14 and with just one win in their six league matches.

The Dragons have yet to get a win away from home and lie sixth in Conference B, with only Southern Kings below them. It’s set to be a low-scoring affair and the Dragons should be able to keep within 12 points on the handicap.
