Tennessee head to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night with a 5-2 record, but the Titans could be put in their place by Kansas City.

The Titans have five wins on the board, but those successes have come against a struggling Colts team (twice), Washington, and two of the NFL’s worst this year, the Texans and Raiders.

There are also doubts over whether quarterback Ryan Tannehill will line-up against the Chiefs after he missed last week’s win over Houston and also didn’t train on Thursday.

If he does make it, Tannehill is highly unlikely to be anywhere near 100 per cent and the Chiefs’ defence will sense blood.

Starting Malik Willis at QB could be an even bigger disaster as the Titans’ coaching staff didn’t show much faith in the rookie last week, allowing him just one pass attempt in the entire second half.

Kansas City and Patrick Mahomes, meanwhile, continue to light it up with the ball, posting 223 points in seven games.

Add into the mix the Chiefs are coming in off a bye week, and the hosts should be raring to go to tear into the Titans.

It’s hard to see how the Titans will have any answer to the Chiefs’ relentless scoring so this could turn into a long night for the visitors.
