It will be a strange sight to see Tom Brady step out at Gillette Stadium not wearing a New England Patriots uniform when he brings his Tampa Bay team to his old stomping ground.

Although Brady’s new side - which he immediately led to the Super Bowl last season - are coming off a road loss to the Los Angeles Rams, that is of no real concern.

There is no shame in losing to the Rams, and the Bucs are still a solid 2-1 to begin the season. They joint-leading scorers alongside Arizona, having put up 103 points through 3 games.

Brady has already thrown for 1,087 yards with ten touchdowns and two interceptions. Four different pass-catchers have amassed at least 138 receiving yards, which means the 44-year-old still has plenty of weapons, even though fellow ex-Patriot Rob Gronkowski is doubtful.

Can the Pats’ offense come close to keeping up? Probably not. It’s a new era in New England, who have put all their faith in rookie QB Mac Jones.

However, they have scored the seventh-fewest points in the NFL so far and Jones currently has more interceptions (three) than passing touchdowns (two).

Count on the Bucs taking care of business by at least a touchdown.
