The San Francisco 49ers are an under-the-radar 2-0 after the first two weeks of the new season and can enjoy their coming-out party by exposing Green Bay’s flaw at Levi’s Stadium.

The Niners have enjoyed a soft start, knocking off the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles on the road with far from complete performances, but ones that gave glimpses of their promise.

San Fran put 41 points up against Detroit in Week One, while it was the defence that secured the win in Week Two in Philadelphia as the offence stuttered, limiting the Eagles to 11 points.

Nick Bosa looked back to his old self in that success after his serious knee injury, registering two sacks, while Fred Warner also enjoyed a strong outing.

While it wasn't quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo’s finest hour against Philly, he’s now won 26 of his 35 starts for the 49ers, helping to cover the handicap in 20 of those games.

Put those two matches together and there’s a lot to like about the Niners heading into this meeting against a Green Bay side who are still to show their true colours.

The Packers bounced back from being annihilated by the New Orleans Saints on the opening weekend to beat the Detroit Lions on Monday but it was far from convincing performance.

Green Bay are having big issues with both lines. The defence is unable to pressurise the opposition quarterback, registering just one sack in two games, while the offence isn’t creating lanes in the running games.

Green Bay have looked outgunned in the trenches and that isn’t going to change at Levi’s Stadium, a venue where they were comfortably swept aside in two meetings in 2019.

The Niners have the edge in nearly every department and unless Aaron Rodgers produces one of his all-time great performances, Green Bay’s revival will be short-lived.
