The Chiefs have been the top dogs in the conference for the past few seasons but the Bills have ascended to become this year's Super Bowl favourites and the Chiefs find themselves in the rare position of being underdogs at home.

Kansas City have won three of the teams' last four meetings, and the Bills will still be smarting from last year's sensational playoff clash which the Chiefs won 42-36 in overtime.

Defensive injuries have hampered the Bills recently but the outlook is brighter this week and their offence does a great job of covering for them anyway.

Unfortunately for Kansas City’s defence Bills quarterback Josh Allen and his receivers are playing at a high level at the moment and keep their foot pressed on the accelerator throughout every game.

The Chiefs defence have already given up 12 passing touchdowns while opposing quarterbacks have posted a 105.5 passer rating against them. It's going to be hard even for the Chiefs' magician of a quarterback Patrick Mahomes to conjure up a way of keeping pace with them.
