Neither Arizona or Tampa Bay are likely to make it into the playoffs with both having losing records, but that shouldn’t stop an entertaining game taking place at Raymond James Stadium.

Both teams boast exciting offences with issues on defence largely contributing to their shortcomings, though Jameis Winston throwing 12 interceptions - the joint-most in the league - certainly hasn’t helped.

Only Miami and the Giants have allowed more points than these teams and all signs point to a shootout, but a wiser wager could be backing the Cardinals to score more than 23.5 points.

Arizona have topped that number in four of their last five games, including last week against a rock-solid San Francisco defence who have given up the fewest average yards per game in the NFL.

Tampa Bay have kept teams below 24 points just once all season, and last week they had no solution for stopping Russell Wilson when the Seattle quarterback put up 378 passing yards and five touchdowns.

That has been the Buccaneers’ big problem this year. They have the top-ranked rushing defence but the second-worst passing defence, and face a tough test to contain Arizona’s hot rookie QB Kyler Murray.

The Cardinals also traded for running back Kenyan Drake last week and that already looks a sound investment as the former Dolphin put up 162 total yards and a touchdown on his debut against the 49ers.

David Johnson also looks set to return for Arizona and all signs point to the visiting offence troubling Tampa Bay.
