Maciej Janowksi is riding well in the Eliteserien this season and looks well worth considering to retain his Swedish GP crown at Hallstavik.

Janowski saw off home favourite Freddie Lindgren at the HZ Bygg Arena 12 months ago and has arrived for the fourth race of ten in good form.

The Pole top-scored for his home club Wroclaw last week with a 12-point haul from five rides and has enjoyed a pair of 11-point meets for Dackarna in the Swedish league over the last seven days.

Janowski has been playing catch-up after an injury-hit start to the year but is looking near his best and is set to improve markedly on the seven points he chalked up in Prague three weeks ago.

At a bigger price, young Aussie sub rider Max Fricke could be a spot of value at 33-1.

Fricke, riding while Greg Hancock is absent, topped the points charts in the Czech Republic last time before being eliminated in the semis.

That demonstrated that Fricke is good enough to compete and he should feel right at home on the Hallstavik shale, a track he rides at regularly for his club side Rospiggarna.
