Golf punters have three tournaments to feast upon this week and the most prestigious of those starts a day earlier than usual.

The Hero World Challenge in The Bahamas starts on Wednesday night, with a Saturday finish, to allow the American Presidents Cup team time to fly to Australia and comfortably prepare for next week's match against The Internationals.

Tiger Woods headlines a high-class field for the Hero. The European Tour stages the Mauritius Open, teeing off on Thursday morning, while the Australian Open starts on Wednesday night in Sydney, where Paul Casey, Sergio Garcia and Louis Oosthuizen will compete.

Pablo Larrazabal was the 55-1 winner of the Alfred Dunhill Championship on Sunday, the Spaniard overcoming painful foot blisters to triumph with a birdie on the final hole.
