The DP World Tour have taken the opportunity to push some home players into the limelight and play alongside the more fancied runners at the Czech Masters.

So that has led to some unbalanced threeballs for punters to get their heads around and one such collection is the trio who head out at 12.15pm at the Albatross Golf Resort.

Englishmen Eddie Pepperell and Laurie Canter are joined by home hopeful Stanislav Matus, who is one of 18 Czech players among the 132-man field.

He missed the cut by six shots 12 months ago and his compatriots did not have a great time.

Filip Mruzek finished tied for 12th last year but he was one of only four Czechs to make the cut out of 15 hopefuls.

So Matus could struggle to keep up with the pace and preference is for Pepperell to get off to the best start in the group.

He was ranked 32 in the world three years ago but has shown signs of life recently with 11th spot at the Cazoo Classic and a runner-up finish at the Hero Open three weeks ago.

Canter, meanwhile, has not done much since defecting to LIV Golf and has posted just one top-ten this year.
