Wolves v Pyunik: Europa league match preview, predictions, odds & free tips
Third qualifying round second led | Wolves lead 4-0 on aggregate
Premier 1, 7.45pm Thursday
Wolves have virtually booked their place in the Europa League playoff round courtesy of their 4-0 romp at Pyunik last week and can put the finishing touches to the tie at Molineux.
It’s widely expected that Wolves will win and win well but the better bet is probably something less lavish. Under 4.5 goals at odds against looks a decent shout.
Nuno Espirito Santo will make changes to his team who drew 0-0 at Leicester on Sunday.
The Wolves boss also has a home game against Manchester United to plan for which will be followed three days later by a trip to Italy to take on Torino in the final round before the group stage.
That, of course, presumes both Wolves and Torino make it and both look formalities.
This hectic schedule means Nuno can box clever with the tie as good as over.
Pyunik will be slightly stronger with Erik Vardanyan back from suspension and the fact they drew 0-0 at decent Czech outfit Jablonec in the previous round confirms they can go tight on their travels when necessary.
The Armenians haven’t lost an away game since February and may stay competitive at Molineux.
Recommendation
Under 4.5 goals
