It is shaping up to be a frantic deadline day for Premier League clubs and Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha and Chelsea's David Luiz could be at the forefront of the action.

Bet365 clipped the Eagles from 5-1 to 4-1 for relegation this season after the Ivorian allegedly handed in a transfer request at Selhurst Park as free-spending Everton emerged as the 5-6 front-runners for the winger's signature.

The Toffees reportedly had a £70m plus James McCarthy and Cenk Tosun bid turned down by Palace before seeing their £30m approach for Arsenal's Alex Iwobi rejected.

The Gunners could be the next destination for another wantaway star in Luiz. The Brazilian allegedly refused to train with the Chelsea first team in a session on Wednesday in an attempt to force through a late move to the Emirates.

Arsenal have already added Dani Ceballos and Nicolas Pepe to their squad this summer but saw longest-serving player Carl Jenkinson depart for Nottingham Forest while former Gunner and free agent Danny Welbeck joined Watford.

It could be equally as busy on deadline day for the Premier League's other north London outfit after Tottenham launched a fresh £65m bid for Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso. Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho reportedly turned down a loan move to Mauricio Pochettino's side beforehand.

Inter Milan, meanwhile, made a new bid for Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku, who is set to be fined by the club for missing training without permission. The Red Devils are 6-5 with Sky Bet to finish in the top four.
