Blackburn Rovers v Stoke City 7.45pm
Blackburn needed to find a new source of goals after Bradley Dack suffered a long-term knee injury - and Adam Armstrong has stepped into the breach.
Since Dack's injury Armstrong has netted seven goals in 12 appearances, including two in the 2-2 draw at Brentford on Saturday.
He could strike first at home to Stoke, who have lost 11 of 16 away league games this season.
Fulham v Swansea City 7.45pm
Fulham have taken just two points from their last three games but can kick-start their promotion push by beating Swansea at Craven Cottage.
Cottagers' talisman Aleksandar Mitrovic has maintained high standards, scoring in four of his last five appearances, and he looks a likely match-winner against the playoff-chasing Swans, who have gone six games since their last away victory.
Hull City v Barnsley 7.45pm
Barnsley are searching for a third successive victory for the first time this season but may have to settle for a share of the spoils from their trip to the Kcom Stadium.
The last few weeks have been tough for Hull, who have had to cope with a lengthy injury list and the January departures of Jarrod Bowen and Kamil Grosicki.
But they can pick up a point against the Tykes, who have posted just two away league wins all season.
Sheffield Wednesday v Charlton Athletic 7.45pm
Sheffield Wednesday look set to miss out on the playoffs but can draw a line under a miserable spell by justifying odds-on favouritism at home to Charlton.
Owls' manager Garry Monk has some firepower at his disposal and may call on Crystal Palace loanee Connor Wickham plus top-scorer Steven Fletcher, who came off the bench in Saturday's 3-3 draw at Birmingham.
Charlton have far fewer options and face a battle to stay up.
Reading v Wigan Athletic 8pm
Wigan have looked a stronger side since centre-forward Kieffer Moore returned from injury in January and can cause a few problems for Reading at the Madejski Stadium.
The Latics are likely to score for the eighth successive game but may struggle to keep the back door shut against the Royals, who have notched in eight of their last nine home matches.
