Toulon Tournament: Japan v Mexico betting preview, tip & TV channel
Ireland youngsters set to take on Brazil
Freesports, 2pm & 4.30pm Wednesday
Japan have done enough in qualifying for the last four of the Toulon Tournament to suggest you should write them off at your peril against Mexico in Aubagne.
A squad packed with J-League regulars topped Group A after beating England and Chile – they absolutely battered the South Americans 6-1 – and they will test a Mexico defence who have yet to ship a goal in three matches.
Mexico, however, have struggled in front of goal with just three scored in three games playing in a far easier section.
The second semi-final sees Brazil’s all-stars tackle Ireland. Stephen Kenny’s youngsters have done remarkably well to get this far but the Selecao squad is packed with established names and they look to be in a class of their own.
