From 7.45pm Friday

Derry City are good enough to get something out of their FAI Cup clash with Dundalk, which is without question the tie of the round.

The holders have attracted support, probably because of the absence of David Parkhouse, while Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe is a doubt, and that is a concern as it means Derry, who have had an excellent season, might be light in attack.

However, Dundalk have their own injury concerns and are short enough for a game in front of a passionate Brandywell crowd. Derry can at least force extra-time.

The bet of the weekend looks to be Sligo on the handicap at home to a Limerick side who are just playing out the season. Rovers ran riot against Glebe North in the last round and they may have little more to do this time.

Shamrock Rovers hit Waterford for five on the road in the league on Monday. Drogheda, second in tier two, have been excellent this season but look out of their depth at Tallaght with several Hoops players fighting for their places.

Recommendations
Shamrock Rovers -1.75 on Asian handicap
4pts 4-5 bet365
Sligo Rovers -1.75 on Asian handicap
5pts 17-20 bet365
Derry +0.5 on Asian handicap
2pts 21-20 bet365
