2022 World Cup: Which Premier League players are expected to go to Qatar?

When predicting the outcome of this year's Premier League, punters cannot afford to ignore the influence the World Cup may have on squads this winter.

Some clubs will see nearly all of their players jet off to Qatar, while others may barely be affected by it and could instead look to capitalise on a month's break during what is normally a hectic period of the season.

Chelsea lead the way with the highest number of players expected to feature in World Cup squads, following the signings of Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly, and all but two of those squad members play for nations projected to reach the knockout stage according to how the market sees the tournament panning out.
