Terriers may have too much energy

The Sky Bet Championship’s bigger clubs will probably swallow up Huddersfield as the season goes on but the third-placed Terriers are at their most dangerous after a free midweek and David Wagner’s refreshed pressing machine could do some serious damage at Craven Cottage today.

Few teams use up as much energy as Huddersfield which is a problem in the marathon of a 46-match campaign but not today as Wagner’s men have been able to put everything into this clash.

Huddersfield have lost five times in all competitions this season and three of those were in midweek as Town struggled to cope with the quick turnaround.
