After falling short of the Segunda Division playoffs in 2018-19, Cadiz are flying in Spain's second tier and can take maximum points from their trip to Tenerife.

Alvaro Cervera's visitors have won 11 of their 15 league assignments this campaign and are the division's top scorers with 24 strikes.

Honduran marksman Anthony Lozano has been among the goals this term, firing against the likes of Malaga, Zaragoza, Huesca and Almeria, and he is expected to return to the starting line-up against his former club after missing out on a spot in the 11 against Rayo Vallecano.

That is bad news for Tenerife, who have shipped 20 goals and are languishing in the depths of the Segunda Division with only three wins from 15 matches.

The home side have tightened up recently with clean sheets against Mirandes and Huesca but were unable to breach either side and their lack of goalscoring options could prove problematic against the divisional highflyers.

No second-division outfit have accumulated more points on the road than Cadiz (16) and even last month's 1-0 loss at Albacete came thanks to a 93rd-minute strike in a match where they had chances to take the spoils.

Punters should look to back Cadiz with the insurance of the draw-no-bet market.
