Burnley 0-2 Manchester City

Manchester City are coming under intense pressure in the title race but they can keep their noses in front with a solid success over second-bottom Burnley, who have lost their last three matches without scoring.

Chelsea 3-0 Brentford

Chelsea have reeled off six wins in a row and can further cement third place with a comfortable home victory over sixth-bottom Brentford, who are not quite out of the relegation equation.

Wolves 1-2 Aston Villa

Wolves's top-four hopes disappeared with their shocking 3-2 loss at home to Leeds and Bruno Lage's side could suffer another setback against Midlands rivals Aston Villa, who have triumphed on three of their last five road trips.

Leeds 1-2 Southampton

Leeds's come-from-behind 3-2 success at Wolves was a huge result but they are still missing key players and may struggle to cope with Southampton, who will be pushing for a top-half finish.

Brighton 1-0 Norwich

Brighton are on a miserable run of six successive defeats but they can stop the rot at home to basement boys Norwich, who are eight points adrift of safety.

QPR 1-3 Fulham

QPR's Championship playoff hopes have receded after four losses in their last five games and they are unlikely to cope with leaders Fulham, who have racked up 90 goals in 37 league fixtures
