Tottenham had their problems at Wembley last season – winning one of five matches at the venue – and will be hoping to change the mood around the stadium by beating Juventus in their final pre-season fixture.

Mauricio Pochettino watched his side lose 3-0 to Manchester City in the final match of Spurs's USA tour and will be hoping for a better result and performance to set them up for next Sunday's Premier League clash at Newcastle.

There are still a few injuries in the Spurs squad with Erik Lamela and Danny Rose sidelined and Son Heung-Min not ready despite returning to light training this week.

Juventus had mixed fortunes in their US trip, losing to Barcelona (2-1), beating Paris St-Germain (3-2) and drawing with Roma (1-1). They begin their domestic campaign next Sunday with a Super Cup clash against Napoli.

Liverpool were hugely impressive 3-0 winners against Bayern Munich in the Audi Cup on Tuesday and will be hoping to wrap up their pre-season campaign with a home win over Athletic Bilbao.

However, the Reds will be without Daniel Sturridge (thigh) who has joined Nathaniel Clyne (hamstring and back) on the sidelines.

Swansea finish their pre-season campaign at home to Sampdoria and will have to make do without Gylfi Sigurdsson, who is reportedly edging closer to a move to Everton.
