The highest-scoring match of the night should come in Madrid but events in Lisbon may not be too far behind where Sporting and Borussia Dortmund can contribute.

There are many who consider Dortmund dangerous dark horses in the Champions League and this trip will tell us plenty as it is no gimme.

Sporting have won their last nine home games and scored in each of their last 19 matches in all competitions, although coach Jorge Jesus won’t be on the touchline as he serves the final match of his two-game suspension.
