Aberdeen were beaten by Motherwell in the Scottish Cup last weekend but they can gain revenge back in the league on Saturday.

The Dons have parted company with manager Stephen Glass and Barry Robson has been handed the interim role. That didn't see an immediate improvement in results, with Aberdeen only managing a 1-1 draw against St Johnstone on Tuesday, but there was plenty of promise in the performance.

The Dons had 66 per cent possession against the Saints and they won the shot count 20-7. That level of dominance really should be yielding three points and a repeat could see them get their rewards at Fir Park.

Motherwell boss Graham Alexander has been handed a two-game touchline ban and he won't be in the dugout to steer the Well this weekend. At 7-5 Aberdeen should take advantage.

Hibernian won their first game in eight, when defeating Championship side Arbroath in the Scottish Cup last weekend, but they may face a trickier tie against Ross County.

The Staggies have lost only one of their last five SPL games and that includes a 3-3 draw with Rangers.

Malky Mackay's men should be well rested after not being involved in the cup last weekend and they can return to action with a bang.

Hibs will be without Paul Hanlon and Demetri Mitchell for the Easter Road clash and at the prices they can be opposed.
