Preview

Inverness can enjoy the long journey back from Greenock to the Highlands after winning at Morton.

John Robertson's side were frustratingly held to a home draw by Alloa last week - if they had won, they would have topped the Ladbrokes Championship.

But it shouldn't mask the fact Caley Thistle have steadily improved since the start of the season and look to have a real chance of challenging for the title.

They have won six of their last eight games and haven't conceded in their last three away games at Dundee, Dunfermline and Ayr , having won two of them.

ICT have played Morton twice this season in the league and Challenge Cup and battered the Cappielow side 5-0 and 3-1.

And while Morton do appear to be better at home, they have won just one game in seven.

Dumbarton can overcome struggling Peterhead at The Rock.

Jim Duffy's men lost their first six games of the season, but they've bounced back as their lengthy injury list has cleared.

They've already won at Peterhead 3-2 and the Blue Toon outfit are finding life in Ladbrokes League One tricky.

They were trounced 4-0 at Falkirk last week when the margin could have been much larger and they have conceded a total of ten goals in their last three games.

Jim McInally's team have won once on the road and Sons top scorer Isaac Layne should have plenty of opportunities.

Hearts at last showed plenty character in last week's well-earned draw at home to Rangers and they can win at Livingston.

Manager Craig Levein has been under pressure all season, but he always seems to manage to pull out a big result when it matters - he also won at Hibs.

The Jambos have lost only one of their last four away games and that was at Celtic.

Livingston got plenty of plaudits for a superb win against Celtic, but that was their only win in six games - the rest have been defeats.
