Saturday Scottish football tips: Partick Thistle look good bet for win at Alloa

Partick Thistle can haul themselves off the bottom of the Ladbrokes Championship with a win at Alloa.
Gary Caldwell's Firhill managerial stint started at the Indodrill Stadium in October when his Jags side were defeated and that was a pattern that continued until recently.
However, a much-needed January transfer window cull has handed Thistle plenty of optimism and the arrival of senior pros Steven Anderson, Gary Harkins and Joe Cardle has transformed their season.
They've won four in a row and know they can leapfrog Alloa with a win.
Alloa were outplayed last week at home to Falkirk, who have also invested heavily to get out of an enormous hole.
And with the part-time Wasps rapidly wilting as the season progresses, they could be stung by the Jags.
Forfar Athletic seem to be improving every week and they look a cracking price for a win in yet another Angus derby at Montrose.
Ladbrokes League One has four out of ten teams from the Angus area, so it's hardly a massive deal when they meet.
And Forfar have played Montrose three times this season, winning twice and drawing the other game at Links Park.
Jim Weir's side have won five out of their last six games in the league, but bookies don't yet appear to be taking them seriously.
The Station Park side now have plenty of experience in their squad and they look to have a real chance of winning promotion through the playoffs, with Arbroath looking home and hosed in the title race.
Montrose suffered a poor defeat last week at Stenhousemuir and Forfar are value to get another win.

Stirling Albion are creeping up the table in Ladbrokes League Two and they can win at Elgin City to maintain a playoff push that looked unlikely just a couple of months ago.
They struggled to beat doomed Albion Rovers in midweek at home and Elgin thrashed them in Coatbridge last week. But that was City's first win in six games, in contrast to Albion's recent run.
The Binos have six wins in seven games and drawn the other game. Their strikeforce of Peter MacDonald, Dylan Mackin and Darren Smith are usually good for plenty of goals. And they can post another victory at Borough Briggs.
