Safe to presume Livingston can get the job done
Kick-offs 3pm Saturday
Livingston have been the surprise package in the Ladbrokes Championship and they can underline their title hopes by beating struggling Falkirk.
Former Crystal Palace midfielder David Hopkin has done a terrific job at the West Lothian side after they won Ladbrokes League One last term.
They would have gone top had they won at St Mirren in midweek and, despite being the better team in the first half and going in ahead at the interval, they collapsed under a second-half barrage.
However, they are good enough to beat a Falkirk side who seem bereft of confidence.
The sacking of Peter Houston was supposed to kickstart their season with Paul Hartley taking charge, but the former Dundee boss has been unable to improve their miserable record of just one league win all season.
Livi are well organised and both times they have lost in the league this season, they immediately bounced back with a win. Hopkin has them punching above their weight and they can land another bloody nose on the Bairns.
East Fife can put Queen's Park deeper into relegation trouble in the Ladbrokes League One encounter at Hampden Park.
The Methil side have got several key players back after being hit with a deluge of injuries earlier in the season and Chris Duggan and Kyle Wilkie are flying.
They battered Airdrie 6-1 at New Bayview last week after easing to a 2-0 William Hill Scottish Cup success at Clyde.
Gus MacPherson's amateurs are in all kind of trouble and have won only once all season at Hampden - and that was against Edinburgh City in the Betfred Cup.
Fife should thrive on the wide-open spaces of the National Stadium and should have too much for the Glasgow outfit.
Inverness are an excellent price to make the long journey south to Dumfries worthwhile by winning at Queen of the South.
Until last weekend's defeat to leaders St Mirren, Caley Thistle were on a great run of not conceding a goal in seven games.
They got back on track in midweek with a 4-0 thumping of Ladbrokes Championship whipping boys Brechin City, while South were scrambling a late draw at Dumbarton.
ICT's Connor Bell is in good form and they will fancy it against Gary Naysmith's side who have had a hectic run of games recently.
