PSG can seal comfortable table-topping passage
Champions League
BT Sport ESPN, 7.45pm
Paris St-Germain wrested control of Group A from Arsenal thanks to Alex Iwobi’s own goal at the Emirates last month and they can finish the job in style with a convincing victory over Ludogorets Razgrad.
Three points would keep PSG ahead of the Gunners by virtue of their better head-to-head record and they should soon exert control over the Bulgarian champions, who have shipped 13 goals in their five matches.
Ludogorets have taken just two points from five games but still have a great chance of beating Basel to a place in the Europa League round of 32.
An Arsenal victory over Basel would send Ludogorets through but any other result would leave the Bulgarians needing a result in Paris.
Ludogorets have shown a fearless attitude and ability in attack but their defence is simply not good enough against top quality opposition.
Recommendation
PSG-PSG double result
