Gabriel Jesus's long-awaited move from Manchester City to Arsenal has been confirmed and the Brazil forward is 9-1 with bet365 to reach 20 Premier League goals in his first season with the Gunners.

Jesus's most productive league campaigns at City saw him net 14 in 2019-20 and 13 in 2017-18 although he never started more than 22 league games in a season and will hope to play a more central role at Arsenal.

Bet365 make him 4-9 to end the 2022-23 season with 14 league goals or fewer and he is 22-1 with Betfair, Hills and Paddy Power to win the Premier League Golden Boot.

Jesus has joined Arsenal for around £45m and champions City paid a similar fee for Leeds's England midfielder Kalvin Phillips, who signed a six-year contract at the Etihad Stadium on Monday.

Phillips had an injury-disrupted 2021-22 season at Leeds but is 1-5 to be in England's World Cup squad having impressed during their run to the Euro 2020 final.

That deal could have ramifications at both ends of the table as Phillips's new team are 8-13 to retain their title while his former club Leeds, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, are 5-2 for the drop.

Leeds also look set to lose Brazil international Raphinha, who played a crucial role in their survival last term, and they are 9-2 with Coral to finish in the top half.

While Manchester City confirmed one in and one out on Monday, Cristiano Ronaldo's future at Manchester United remains unclear.

The Portugal superstar did not return to pre-season training at United due to "family reasons" and he is evens with bet365 to be at Old Trafford after the summer transfer window.

Bayern Munich, at 5-2, and Chelsea, at 9-2, are seen as the most likely destinations should Ronaldo choose to end his second spell with the Red Devils, who finished sixth in the Premier League last season despite his 18 league goals.

United are reportedly set to land free agent Christian Eriksen on a three-year deal. Brentford won seven of the ten league games Eriksen started last season after arriving in January and the Denmark playmaker will be hoping to continue his resurgence under Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford.
