1 Tranmere
The National League is tough to get out of and Tranmere must have felt gutted to miss out on promotion last term after accumulating 95 points. However, they are big beasts at this level and have an outstanding chance of winning the division.

2 Dagenham & Redbridge
Wily manager John Still put a new-look Daggers squad together last season and steered them to the playoffs. They came up short against Forest Green in the playoff semi-final but can learn from the experience and are likely to be major players again.

3 Aldershot
Bouncing back from a failed playoff campaign can be tough but Aldershot are a progressive team who can make another strong challenge for promotion. The bulk of the squad have stayed and manager Gary Waddock is targeting further improvement.
