The markets anticipate a two-horse race in the National League North with big-spending Salford and York dominating the betting, but there are plenty of other potential title challengers, including Stockport, who are each-way value to win the division.

Favourites Salford have attracted a lot on attention after an impressive recruitment drive.

Striker Jack Redshaw is their most eye-catching signing, dropping down two divisions after scoring seven goals for Sky Bet League Two Blackpool.
