Solihull secured their first victory of the season in emphatic fashion on Tuesday, beating Torquay 3-0, and they can add another when they host Aldershot.

The Moors have shown a real appetite for goals already, having also notched twice at Harrogate last week, and they seem to be picking up where they left off after last season’s promising run.

Aldershot, meanwhile, have been looking a much better side than last season and they earned a 1-0 win at Woking on Tuesday having run Fylde close in their opener. However, the Shots, reprieved from relegation to due Gateshead's demotion, are not quite the finished article and are likely to be outclassed by Tim Flowers’ side.

Harrogate are another side who have hit the ground running this year and they should have too much for Woking.

The Yorkshire-based club pummeled Barrow during the week and continue to cause defences plenty of problems. Woking did well to beat Dagenham & Redbridge on the opening day but they were uninspiring at Kingfield Stadium and could struggle.

Wrexham let a two-goal lead slip in the last ten minutes against Boreham Wood on Tuesday but they could make amends when they visit Dover.

The Red Dragons came from behind to beat Barrow last week and appear poised for another title push.

The hosts look to be under-the-radar playoff contenders after their strong finish last season and opening-day success at Chesterfield.

However they slipped up against Dagenham on Tuesday indicating that their inconsistency could still be there, and their opponents look a more organised outfit capable of taking advantage.
