Verdict

Altrincham have come from way off the pace in the National League North promotion race (they were 18th on Christmas Day) but they are finishing with a flourish and may be too strong for Boston in the playoff final at York Street.

With no spectators in attendance, home advantage may not be worth much to Boston, who were 5-0 winners at home to Altrincham in a league match last August.

Alty triumphed 2-0 away to fancied York in their semi-final and look value to finish the job in Lincolnshire.

The National League South final between Weymouth and Dartford looks too close to call but the visitors are possibly overpriced at odds-against to go up.

Weymouth came up with an injury-time winner in their 3-2 semi-final success at home to Dorking Wanderers but they face a tougher challenge against the Darts, who are chasing a fifth successive victory.
