National League Saturday preview

After such a promising start to the season Woking have tumbled down the National League table to 12th, and they could be in for further difficulty when they visit Notts County.

The Cardinals have lost their last six away matches and conceded 18 goals in that period, an average of three per game, while managing to find the net only four times themselves.

County have won five of their last eight and have lost at Meadow Lane just once since August, which was to table-toppers Barrow.

They have conceded one goal in their last four home matches and should claim the three points against Woking.

Dover have steadily climbed into playoff contention and can keep their hopes of post-season football alive against Eastleigh.

Andy Hessenthaler’s side boast the division's best away record, having picked up 30 points from 16 matches, and they proved their mettle with a huge victory over Barrow last week to hand the Cumbrians their first league defeat since November.

Eastleigh did well to earn a point against Fylde on Tuesday having been 2-0 down, but they have won just one of their last eight games and could continue to struggle against Dover.

Neither Fylde nor Maidenhead have had a season to remember but the Berkshire side have the fourth-best away record in the league and look a huge price to beat the Coasters.

Maidenhead secured a key win at Solihull last time and can take it to a Fylde team who have not won any of their last ten games.
