Verdict
Eastern Conference highflyers New York Red Bulls have the best away record in the division having taken 16 points from nine road trips and look a solid draw-no-bet wager to overcome Western Conference hosts Sporting Kansas in the early hours of Monday morning.
Gerhard Struber's Red Bulls climbed into second place after a come-from-behind 2-1 success at home to Atlanta on Thursday, and have the necessary firepower to expose struggling Sporting, who have lost three of their last four matches.
Scottish attacking midfielder Lewis Morgan has excelled for the Red Bulls with eight goals in 17 appearances, and has certainly taken his game to a new level since a pre-season switch from Inter Miami.
Morgan may be the main threat but the home side will also have to keep an eye on Brazilian attacker Luquinhas, who has scored three goals in his last four MLS appearances, and 16-year-old forward Serge Ngoma, who will be full of confidence after coming off the bench to bag the winner against Atlanta.
Sporting could have their hands full and their defensive record of 32 goals conceded in 18 games is a concern.
Peter Vermes's side have gone seven MLS matches without a clean sheet and it is hard to imagine them shutting out the Red Bulls.
A top of the table clash takes place in Finland this weekend and it may pay to side with leaders KuPS to succeed at second-placed HJK Helsinki.
KuPS have won four of their six away games and could land a major blow against HJK, who have taken just one point from their last three league fixtures.
Newly-promoted Jerv have been struggling in the Norwegian top flight and their problems could increase with a loss at home to improving Haugesund.
Jerv have lost five league games on the bounce, leaving them four points inside the drop zone, while Haugesund are growing in confidence having gone six games without defeat.
Another Norwegian team on a decent run are Rosenborg, who can pick up at least a point from their trip to highflying Viking.
Rosenborg have lost just one of their last six league games and are entitled to fancy their chances against their out-for-form hosts, who have gone five league matches without a victory.
The Swedish title race looks wide open and Djurgarden can win a key encounter at home to fellow highflyers Hammarby.
Djurgarden have harvested 16 points from six home matches and can get the better of Hammarby, who have lost their last two away games without scoring.
