Man City draw Liverpool in the Champions League quarter-finals
Barcelona new favourites after being paired with Roma
There will be one Premier League team in the Champions League semi-finals after Manchester City were drawn to face Liverpool in a mouthwatering quarter-final between two of England's elite clubs.
Premier League leaders City are 21 points ahead of the Reds in the domestic standings, although Liverpool are the only side to have lowered the colours of Pep Guardiola's rampant pacesetters in the top flight, recording a memorable 4-3 triumph in January.
That Anfield success was sweet revenge for a 5-0 mauling in Manchester when Sadio Mane's first-half red card saw Liverpool collapse.
City, who will have the advantage of playing the second leg at the Etihad, are 1-2 with Hills to progress to the last four and Liverpool are 6-4.
Anfield will be a wall of noise for the first encounter and Sky Bet make Liverpool 17-10 to make the most of home advantage. City are 6-4 and the draw is 12-5.
Neither club should be particularly happy with the draw and Guardiola's outfit are no longer Champions League favourites after drifting to 7-2 in Betway's outright betting.
Barcelona now head the market at 11-4 with Sky Bet and BoyleSports after getting a plum tie against Roma.
There is a closer Italy v Spain betting heat with heavyweights Juventus battling Real Madrid in a repeat of last year's final. Madrid overcame Paris St-Germain in the last 16 and the champions are 8-15 to reach another semi-final.
Bayern Munich, 4-1 shots, will chuffed to have been paired with Manchester United's conquerors Sevilla in the quarter-finals.
Arsenal will be hoping to return to the Champions League via the backdoor route of the Europa League and a quarter-final tie with CSKA Moscow certainly gives them an excellent chance of progressing to the last four of Europe's secondary competition.
The Gunners have been cut to 3-1 by bet365 to win the Europa League with Atletico Madrid the only side above them in the betting. Atletico, 6-4 favourites with Betway, will tackle Sporting next.
