Leyton Orient should be firing on all cylinders
Best best in the National League
3pm Saturday
Leyton Orient have had a two-week break since winning 3-1 at National League promotion rivals AFC Fylde and should be ready to fire on all cylinders when taking on Bromley at Brisbane Road.
With just one point separating Orient from leaders Wrexham, their eyes will be firmly fixed on securing automatic promotion.
The impressive work done by Orient boss Justin Edinburgh has not gone unnoticed and there was speculation this week that he may be a candidate for the managerial vacancy at Sky Bet League One strugglers AFC Wimbledon.
However, Edinburgh's immediate focus is keeping Orient in the title hunt and his players should fancy their chances against mid-table Bromley, who bowed out of the FA Cup with a 3-1 loss at home to Peterborough last Saturday.
Bromley's task against Posh was made much harder when midfielder Frankie Raymond was sent off before half-time.
Raymond serves a suspension against Orient and his absence may be keenly felt by the Ravens, who have won just twice on their league travels this season.
Woking are making a bold bid to return to the fifth tier at the first attempt and should be backed to keep their National League South promotion push on track by winning at mid-table Slough.
The Cards have an FA Cup second-round tie at Swindon to look forward to and are up to second in the league after winning 4-3 at lowly Gloucester on Wednesday.
On paper this fixture is tougher but Slough may be not be fully focused as they look ahead to Tuesday's FA Cup first-round replay at home to Sutton.
Oxford City also have a cup replay on Tuesday, hosting Tranmere, and may not be seen at their best when taking on Dulwich Hamlet.
Dulwich are unbeaten in four home league games and look overpriced.
