England are 4-7 to claim third place in the inaugural Nations League as they prepare to face Switzerland in Sunday’s playoff in Guimaraes.

Gareth Southgate’s men, who can be backed at 11-10 to win the game in normal time, failed to justify 17-10 favouritism against Holland in the semi-finals after conceding two goals in extra-time in Porto.

Marcus Rashford picked himself up to score England’s opener from the spot after he was fouled by Matthijs de Ligt in the first half but was withdrawn at the break with an ankle injury.

The official Manchester United website says "it remains to be seen" if Rashford will feature on Sunday and Harry Kane could come into the side after starting on the bench against the Dutch. He is 4-1 favourite to open the scoring against the Swiss.

Rashford's Manchester United striker partner Romelu Lukaku has been cut to 5-6 from 9-1 with Paddy Power to move to Juventus this summer.

Sky Bet League One side Coventry City are set to groundshare with Championship outfit Birmingham in 2019-20 after failing to reach an agreement to stay at the Ricoh Arena.

The club were required to share St Andrew's in order to retain their place in the EFL.
