North and South playoffs
3pm Sunday

Halifax conceded in the 86th minute of their 1-1 draw at Salford in the National League north playoff semi-final first leg on Wednesday but are still in a strong position and can win the tie with a victory at the Shay.

Salford joint-manager Bernard Morley was satisfied with his team's first-leg performance which fully merited a share of the spoils but the Ammies' best chance of progressing may have passed them by.

City lost just one of their 21 home league games this season but have sustained eight defeats on the road.

They lost 4-2 at Halifax in January despite leading the match 2-0 at half-time and may endure another unhappy experience at a venue where the Shaymen have won three of their last four games.

Kidderminster are also on course to reach the National League north final as they seek to build on Wednesday's 1-0 win at Chorley.

But a tight National League South semi-final will be concluded between Dartford and Chelmsford, who go head-to-head in Kent with the scores tied at 0-0.

Dartford have been very strong at Princes Park, winning 16 of 21 home league games, and are 23-20 favourites to win the second leg.

Ebbsfleet look the best equipped of the teams in the National League South playoffs and should build on their 2-1 success at Hampton and Richmond by registering a victory at Stonebridge Road.
